Fall is a great time to build!

Clients often ask, "When is the best time to build", to which I typically reply, "Now!" But seriously, fall is my favorite season. Winters in Oklahoma can be fickle, but managing the exterior work around freeze/thaw cycles is the biggest ostacle. A September-November start usually allows the home to be "dried in" before the heaviest winter weather begins in January & February.

It really is a great time to build. Commodity costs are reasonable, interest rates are at historic lows and...my favorite season is right around the corner...football, tail-gating, colorful foliage and the smell of turned dirt and fresh sawdust.
